ARTIST STUDIO Update Q1/24

We are constantly improving our software to offer you the best user experience and would like to inform you about the latest updates and new features:

Release 24.0.4 – Highlights and key changes:

PATCH ARTIST:

• Improvements for point extractions (computed as minimum/maximum points on surfaces/curves; seamless navigation between extractions and layers)
• Trimming of (slave) curves using boundaries
• Trapezoid patch type definition via total bounding-box length and angle

GUI:

• Reworked selection logic (hierarchy tree vs 3D view, including selection of data-set patches)
• Improvement in laminate export into STEP files: enhanced patch export window displaying more detailed options
• Refined rendering of icons in hierarchy tree

Further optimizations:

• Speed improvements, much smaller installer size and many other fixes
