“We have a really incredible team of highly motivated and supportive colleagues from all over the world. In my second role as one of the two “CEO’s” (Chief Entertainment Officer’s) I am also responsible for planning our regular team events. We have a really nice budget for such events and we use it for a wide range of activities: paintball, escape room, skiing, … . On of my best memories is the visit to an amusement park. At first everybody was like: Wait, aren’t we a bit too old for this? And then literally everybody engaged in the silliest activities and we all had tons of fun.”

Your new office

In our modern office located in the Hatrium in Unterhaching, we offer you an environment in which you can work excellently and interact with your colleagues. Smaller team offices support a concentrated work environment.

For coffee breaks or a joint lunch we have a big kitchen where we also sometimes heat up the stove and cook all together. Coffee, snacks, soft drinks and fruits are of course for free.

“I like working at Cevotec because it’s nice that we have individual, smaller rooms for each team instead of huge offices, that provides a good environment for remote meetings since we have a well-established hybrid work culture. It’s always worth stopping by the kitchen (sometimes after a long, hard day), because there’s a selection of motivating drinks, sweets, fruits and sometimes even homemade cakes, donuts or muffins. The cevoKitchen also offers space for all teams to have lunch together from our company catering service.”

Your new playground

In our cevoLab you can directly see and trial the results of our engineering work. There are two SAMBA systems available – a third one is currently being assembled – which are used for customer projects and prototyping.

Beside our production systems, we also have supporting high-tech equipment like two 3D printers, quality tools, and more.

Your new work life balance

Life happens! A healthy work-life balance is important to us. With our working time policy and the option of hybrid working, we give high flexibility and take into account the needs of our colleagues.

And if you are in the office and need a little workout in between, you can let off steam with a round of table tennis, or visit the company-sponsored gym next door.

Your new company

Cevotec was founded early 2015 in an office of the Technical University of Munich by our current CEO Thorsten and his co-founders. Since then, we have become the global specialist for patch-based fiber placement technology and serve large international customers in aerospace and renewables – in Europe, USA, Japan and further countries.

In 2021, we partnered with customized machine builder GFM from Steyr, Austria. As a 3rd generation family business serving also the aerospace industry, they are the perfect partner for us to provide the access, advice and financial resources that we need as we continue to grow the company – together with you!
