Dear friends of Fiber Patch Placement,

The Corona virus and its consequences keep the world firmly under control for a period of time that is much longer than expected. None of us ever experienced such a situation, and it can be overcome only if we stand close together despite physical distance.

At Cevotec, we act in accordance with recommended measures. We want to protect our colleagues, customers and suppliers in the best possible way, but still maintain productivity and quality in the execution of our projects.
Software development, off-line programming of the robotic systems or commercial and administrative works are currently performed remotely, leveraging our advanced digital infrastructure. With effective measures we ensure that there are never more employees in the company’s facilities than recommended in the current situation. All of us observe the recommended measures of the RKI (Robert Koch Institute) for contact minimization and hygiene in order to reduce the risk of infection as much as possible.

At the same time, we are committed to continue our operations to the extent possible, especially with regard to our customer projects. So far, we are glad to announce that all projects can continue in general, including prototyping and system assemblies. We have been in contact with all our project partners to align in this difficult situation.

Web conferences are common practice today, and even more so in the current situation. We are now making greater use of such digital tools for coordinating with colleagues, but also for communicating with our customers and business partners. Most important for you: our experts as well as our international partners are available for you as usual.
