Cevotec is growing and hiring

Cevotec has moved to new headquarters and is now eager to grow the team. The Fiber Patch Placement specialist is looking for experienced automation heroes, C++ software wizards, technical sales masters and HR talents.

“The move to the new headquarter, located in the Hatrium in Unterhaching, opens up extraordinary opportunities for our team”, states Thorsten Groene, CEO of Fiber Patch Placement specialist Cevotec. “As technology leader at the intersection of composites, mechanical engineering and software development, we offer one of the world’s most modern production systems: SAMBA and ARTIST STUDIO. Our new headquarter and lab reflect the high technical standards that Cevotec stands for. Now we want to grow our team to serve an increased demand for our automation solutions.”

Especially the cevoLab, the Fiber Patch Placement Competence Center, is significantly expanded, giving more space to work on innovative automation concepts for complex composite applications. “We have exciting opportunities in particular for experienced engineers who are looking for a new challenge. This cevolab is a perfect location to bring innovation to life”, adds Felix Michl, CTO of Cevotec.

Cevotec’s Production Technology Group is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) in plant construction, responsible for the design, planning and realization of production systems and customer projects. There is also a vacancy as Team Lead Plant Construction (m/f/d): “Experience in the planning and implementation of production plants, experience with aerospace requirements and a successful track record as team lead” – these are the key requirements that Michl sees in successful candidates.

Enabling the robots of the SAMBA systems to dance – software development takes an important role at Cevotec. Experience and a solid track record are also key requirements for the open position of Senior C++ Developer & Team Lead (m/f/d). “The position combines many exciting facets”, says Michl. “Working on software strategy, managing customer projects, and coordinating day-to-day feature development, the ideal candidate is analytical as well as results-driven and has learned to handle also difficult requirements in a pragmatic way.”

Cevotec also strengthens the team on the commercial side. A Sales Engineer Aerospace (m/f/d) will be at the forefront of discussing new Fiber Patch Placement applications and systems with customers. Felix Michl explains: “We often act as a technology consultant to our customers. Therefore, the ideal candidate has an engineering background, a successful track record of selling technical machinery and also the ability to discuss topics like fiber discontinuity with our R&D customers.”

To further support the needs of a growing team, Cevotec is also looking for a part-time HR Manager (m/f/d) – taking care of both day-to-day and strategic HR matters. Thorsten Groene comments: “Our team and people are the core assets of Cevotec. As we are growing, we need a motivated HR Manager to grow with us and establish the people structure and processes that help the team to succeed at its best!”
